About Our Sales Director
Ryan Langley
A Central Florida native, Mr. Langley is knowledgeable of the land, politics and market forces that drive the Central Florida real estate market. He holds a Finance Degree from the University of Central Florida, and has utilized his knowledge and education in commercial and residential real estate for 24 years.
Mr. Langley specializes in investment sales, helping both sides work toward a successful transaction. Ryan investigates creative alternatives to any financial or developmental hurdles encountered throughout the process and has a tremendous rate of success, selling over $100 million in real estate.
At Florida Realty Investments, Ryan is also focused on supporting our agents in their pursuit of success. He trains those who want training, motivates as necessary, and creates an atmosphere of teamwork and achievement.
About Our Support Team
Janette Vega is the Sales Administrator at FRI overseeing all our agent's transaction files from listing through closing. Her attention to detail and expertise in our cloud-based transaction management software, ensures a streamlined contract to closing flow, as well enforcing the highest standards of compliance.
Janette efficiently administers Commission Disbursement Authorizations to Title Companies making certain that our agents receive timely payments at closing.
Antonio Cueto is the Marketing Coordinator at FRI, a bilingual professional with experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Communications. He combines digital strategy, visual design, and storytelling to help agents strengthen their personal brands, improve their online visibility, and connect more effectively with their audiences. His creative and results-driven approach supports the development of materials and content that elevate each agent’s professional presence.
Tina Gibson is the Director of Property Management at FRI. She brings 22 years of Property Management experience, 15 of which she has been an active Real Estate agent. She leverages her perspective as both Agent and Manager to assist with any Property Management-related needs our agents have. She is always available to answer any question in order to ensure compliance with Landlord-Tenant Law.

Jasayra has been with FRI since 2022, beginning as a Move-In Coordinator and currently serving as the Director of Leasing. Her expertise lies in leasing operations and providing support to agents.
She manages the Leasing Department, overseeing the entire move-in and renewal process while ensuring smooth communication and workflow at all stages. Additionally, she focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, advising property owners on current market trends to enable informed decision-making.

Ebonii Brown is the Director of Bookkeeping at FRI. She ensures that your commission checks are ready for you at closing. She's also happy to write checks for Agent Referrals and our Leasing Program commission.
Milena Rosario is the Chief of Staff at FRI. She ensures that you have 24-hour access to our office and conference spaces. As well as all the office supplies needed to help you succeed!
